Saab Denied Bankruptcy Protection
Saab owes creditors $211 million, but a Swedish court has rejected its bankruptcy petition.
Swedish Automobile bought Saab from GM in January 2010. Earlier this summer, Swedish Automobile sold minority stakes in the company to two Chinese firms, but the deals have yet to gain regulatory approval.
