Once Field Inspection's are requested, We will send out our Professional Field Inspector with a customized demand letter to the place of their residence, employment, or any desired/searched address of the customer's. We will interview the customer's to obtain pertinent information such as an updated home address, place of employment, alternate contact information, reason for delinquency and the exact condition of the collateral. Once all the pertinent information are obtained, We will put you in contact with the customer's for payment arrangements.
If however the customer's are not available, We will interview the surrounding neighbor's and obtain details and give you a comprehensive report on the customer's and the collateral. All detailed information and Updates are fully completed with in 24 to 48 hour's of assignment.
