Hello Rich,

My name is Matt Gannon and I work for the American Financial Services Association. Bill Himpler is a colleague of mine, and I believe you participated in the webinar he spoke on regarding TARP and TALF on February 5.

I am writing today to invite you to participate on an AFSA conference call with the National Title Solutions Forum (NTSF) and a few guests from NADA to discuss dealer insolvency issues. On the call, we will have an opportunity to explore whether there is common ground between AFSA and NADA on best practices, etc. A breif description follows:

WHO: Law and SGA Vehicle Finance Subcommittees, NTSF and NADA

WHAT: Teleconference to discuss dealer insolvency issues

WHEN: Tuesday, March 3rd at 2:00 EST (1:00CST, 12:00MST, 11:00PST)

If you are interested in participating on this call, please call or email me at the information listed below. We would love to have yor join us. I hope to speak with you soon.

Best Regards,

Matt Gannon
