Elite Collateral Recovery, Inc. was founded in 1988. During the past 22 years ECR has become an example of professionalism within our industry. While asset recovery is the core of our business, our focus has always been on Risk Management and minimizing our clients exposure to risk through the continuous training and certification of our staff. ECR maintains recovery percentages much higher than industry standards and today represents many of the leading financial institutions. Max Pineiro, Elite's founder, is also licensed by the State of New Jersey as a Licensed Private Detective. He is a seasoned investigator and considered an expert skip tracer. He has developed one of the most effective skip tracing departments in the country. Max has been assisting lenders throughout the years not only by providing asset recovery services but also by training entire collections and skip-tracing departments in his investigative methods.
