Part of the problem, as we all know, was the captives subsidizing sales with overblown residuals resulting in losses at lease-end. Hopefully, realistic residuals, rates and terms will make this a good situation for all.

Marcie, probably states without manufactures will follow suit....hopefully. States with manufactures will most likely not have the intestinal fortitude to enact and enforce franchise law to protect dealers.
