Hi everyone,

I was recently approached by a friend who owns a used car lot, who himself was approached by a gentleman who operates a buy here pay here looking to sell his performing loans to generate cash to buy more vehicles.  I purchase mostly credit cards and some auto deficiencies but never performing loans with the collateral.  I was looking for some help on the specifics and file perameters i should look for and any other general procedural or legal info i should know.
