Why would a lender or creditor consider hiring a private investigator to locate a debtor?  Don't PIs just lurk in bushes taking pictures of cheating spouses?  Aren't they sorta of sneaky like the guys of TV?  Not at all.  The licensed private investigator

has stick professional guidelines they must follow or risk loosing their license.  Most have a specialty, mine is person and property locates.  Because we are licensed professionals we have access to PRIVATE databases that are FCRA and DPPA approved.  A licensed private investigator is just that, an investigator who knows how to research court, civil, professional, driving, and many other records to make a positive locate.  Clearly the recovery process and not start until the debtor is positively located.
